Desired Qualification: Paint Technology Engineering
Work Exp. : 3-5 Yrs.
JOB PURPOSE:
- To ensure smooth painting of Petrol Tank and ABS parts to be available for timely production of vehicles.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Technical/Functional:
- Knowledge about sheet metal pre-treatment process and plastic part pre-treatment process
- Understanding of electrostatic painting processes
- Paint shop trouble shooting, in-depth knowledge of paint defects
- Knowledge of TPM, Ability to enhance and sustain JH activities
- Knowledge about Integrated Management Systems
- Understanding of Bill of Material
- Should have knowledge of 100% Compliance to various ISO System Audits – QMS, SHEMS
- Should have experience of using SAP R3
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving the Daily & Monthly Production Plan with targeted OLE & RFT
- Adherence, compliance, and continuous improvements in the Quality System
- Strong commitment for Quality and Response to Quality
- Sustenance and Proactive Improvements in Safety Systems, ability for conducting HIRAC
- Continual involvement for Assembly processes improvements, Flexibility improvement
- Idea generation as a strong suit and implementation for Output / man improvements
- Achievement of PQCDSM (Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale) targets
- Plan and implement Pokayoke and Automation proposals for defect free production.
- Efforts and Focus for Continuous Improvements – Kaizens generation and implementation
