One of our prestigious clients “Auto OEM” is looking for “Lead Product Owner – Customer Apps”, Gurgaon / Bangalore.

Academic Qualification-

  • BE/B.Tech
  • MBA from tier I, II college would be preferred

Experience      11 – 14 Years

Relevant Experience : Min 8-10 years of exp in digital space

Job Purpose Statement:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our customer app. As a Lead Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, defining product requirements, and ensuring that the customer app meets the needs of our users and delivers business value. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality product on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the product strategy for the customer app
  • Define and prioritize product requirements
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver a high-quality product
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure that it is aligned with the product strategy
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics
  • Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and assess product opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience

  • Prioritize product features based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product strategy.
  1. Define and prioritize product requirements
  • Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather product requirements.
  • Translate user stories and feedback into clear and concise product requirements.
  • Prioritize product requirements based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product backlog,ensuring it is aligned with the product strategy.
  • Communicate product requirements to stakeholders and track progress against deliverables.
  1. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver a high-quality product
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement product features.
  • Work with design teams to create a user-friendly and engaging customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute product marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on product designs and prototypes to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  1. Manage the product backlog and ensure that it is aligned with the product strategy Section
  • Prioritize and sequence product backlog items based on impact, effort, and dependencies.
  • Groom the product backlog regularly, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with the product strategy.
  • Communicate backlog changes to stakeholders and ensure transparency.
  • Monitor backlog progress and identify potential roadblocks or risks.
  • Adapt the backlog as needed based on new information or changing priorities.
  1. Track and analyze product performance metrics
  • Establish key product performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Collect and analyze product usage data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Communicate product performance metrics to stakeholders and track progress against goals.
  • Identify areas for optimization and experimentation based on data analysis.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Should have exposure on how mobile app works

  1. Knowledge of the architecture of mobile applications, including the front-end (user interface) and back-end (server-side logic and databases).
  2. Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and the unique development requirements for each platform.Awareness of platform-specific design guidelines and user experience considerations. 3. Insight into the mobile app development life cycle, from ideation and design to coding, testing, and deployment
  3. Awareness of agile methoologies and continuous integration practices:
  • Should have Exposure of Digital Ecosystem
  • Understanding the broader digital ecosystem and how it influences businesses and industries.
  • Awareness of digital trends, such as cloud computing, IoT, and AI, and their impact mobile app development.
  • Should have exposure to technical jargons and understand API’s , Webhooks , SDKs etc.
