Concord Talent Hunt has customized Outbound training programs for Leadership roles.  We have a team of Senior HR professionals on Advisory board to design these customised programs.

A Program is designed in consultation with HR managers, considering the age and designation of the participants.  On redefining the organisation goals, such programs are conducted as a team building exercise.  Such programs are appreciated for succession planning.
