Sales Manager

One of our prestigious clients “Swiss MNC” is looking for Candidate in “Sales Manager” for   Pune.

Experience        : 10 plus experience min 4 year team handling experience is required.

Location            :   Pune

 Qualification    : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics. MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Role                   : Sales Manager.

The Sales Manager creates added value through the supervision of the New Installations sales force and the prosecution of escalation requests to meet the branch targets and increase market share.

 Key responsibilities include:

         Develop and deploy Swiss MNC sales strategy in the Branch within the framework specified by Branch Manager and National Sales Manager

         Understands and analyses the market, defines customer segmentation, drives customer relationship management with top customer

         Ensure that Swiss MNC sales management process and tools are applied

         Supervise and support sales team to achieve Branch targets on sales units, C1 Sold, collections and customer satisfaction

What we need? :

For the New Installations Sales Manager position, Swiss MNC seeks people with:

Expertise: Desired experience of ten to twelve years.

Knowledge and Skills: Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry, People Management skills, Organization and Planning skills, selling skills, Customer Relationship Management, Swiss MNC Finance knowledge, Swiss MNC Leadership Framework behaviours required.

 Possible previous Swiss MNC position:

         Business Development Manager – NI/Mod/TRT Sales

         Area Manager – Field Operations (when this position has not been held before)
