Position: Management Trainee – Sales Department

Location: Pune

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across India and abroad for exhibitions and client meetings.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools

Responsibilities:

 Plan and Arrange Exhibitions:

  • Identify relevant exhibitions and execute for participation/ visits across various location in India related to Heat Treatment Industry related to our product rate.
  • Prepare the marketing and display materials for exhibitions
  • Participate in exhibitions across various locations in India / Abroad.
  • Discuss and coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and manage exhibition budgets and timelines.
  • Prepare the list of inquiries received from Exhibition and share it with the regional sales manager. Make cold calls to discuss with the customer on the enquiries received and follow up on the projects.
  • Inform sales team for the technical discussions or offer submission.

Search for New Customers and develop marketing and sales strategies in consultation with Sales Team:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
  • Develop strategies to engage and attract new clients in India and Abroad (Middle East & South East Asia)
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.

Marketing communication.

  • Maintain the AUPL Website by posting news and events updates. Facilitate SEO / Product / Catalogue upgradation on AUPL website.
  • Maintain the AUPL official LinkedIn Page and ensure weekly post.
  • Maintain AUPL YouTube channel by regular updates.
  • Plan and discuss with the 3rd part for development of 3D videos and images for products and post on YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Updation of product catalogues as and when required.
  • Select the customer gifts and facilitate distributions through Sales Regional Managers.

Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research for Middle East and South East Asia Heat treatment industry and to identify trends, opportunities for business, and challenges in the industry.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Gather insights to support product development and marketing efforts.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales tactics and strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for sales and marketing.
