One of our prestigious client “German Company” is looking for “ESG Reporting Analyst”
Qualifications: Degree in sustainability, statistics, finance, environmental sciences or engineering
- 3-4 years of practical experience in ESG/sustainability/EHS field ideally in sustainability reporting and verification
- In-depth knowledge of global environmental and sustainability standards and guidelines (GRI, CDP, UN SDGs, etc.)
- Strong communication, project coordination, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of trends in the ESG/sustainability field
- Advanced English language skills (German language skills are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel internationally (max. 15-20%)
This role will report to Global Head of Sustainability and supporting all country of operations and functions Tasks:
- Plan and coordinate data collection process of Global Sustainability & CDP reporting projects
- Collect, consolidate, control and validate ESG data, metrics and KPIs
- Conduct trend analysis of metrics and coordinate implementation of corrective actions in ESG field
- Support development of ESG reporting process internally through training as well as guidance
- Organize internal ESG metrics & sustainability reporting training sessions
- Support preparation of sustainability and CDP reports and implementation of the processes
- Conduct internal audits where necessary at country of operations/functions and support country of operations/functions globally to prepare for external data verification process
- Coordinate and lead collaboration with the third parties and partners in reporting projects
- Support Global Sustainability for the preparation of sustainability guidelines especially on reporting and preparation of ESG surveys/questionnaires requested by customers.
