One of our prestigious clients “Auto OEM” is looking for “Electrical Design Quality Engineer”
Location : Pune
Educational : B.E/ B Tech Electrical/ Electronic having thorough knowledge in Electrical & Electronic Design & Design Quality of components/systems applicable to a two wheeler / automotive
Experience : 3-6 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Root cause analysis for quality issues using QC tools and countermeasure action
- Prepare Quality Dashboard for Management review
- Participate in DR, FMEA (system/ design) and apply all such tools in the design phase
- Updation of Design Knowledge base through continuous System learning tools like Design Guideline, Kaizen.
- Ensure Horizontal deployment of countermeasures / design principles learnt from Q issues to other current models & new models under development
- Handling Early Product Field Quality and warranty issues related to design
Technical/ Functional
- Proficient in Electrical and Electronic system architecture
- Knowledge of all electrical/ electronic system/ parts for vehicle, engine and transmission control systems as well as their interfaces arising out of electrification.
- Packaging of parts on vehicle layout, considering function, safety and environment aspects, with experience in CAD tools (UG, AutoCAD), PLM
- Hands on experience in some electrical/ electronic parts design, development and validation.
- Knowledge of Quality tools like FMEA, 6W-2H, FTA, etc
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles and methods applied in New Product Development systems.
- Knowledge about two wheeler and overall automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable in India and globally.
- Good understanding of new technologies and the concerned applicable standards/ regulations
