One of our prestigious client “Auto Ancillary” is looking for “Dy Manager / Manager – Material Test lab”
Role : Dy Manager / Manager – Material Test lab
Unit / Division : Quality
Location: Urse
Summary of the Role:
1.To support manufacturing production and quality team by providing on time and accurate material test report .
2.To ensure testing equipment good condition.
3.To implement SPC for key elements of chemistry , hardness.
4.To ensure Quality system , safety, OHSAS, NABL accreditation & Customer specific requirement compliance like IMDS , CMRT , CQI 9 etc.
5.To ensure optimum utilisation of resources like manpower, lab consumables.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- To ensure all testing equipment are in order and testing accuracy are maintained.
- To provide on time and accurate test report.
- To ensure SPC implementation.
- To ensure control plan compliance.
- In case of non-conformity inform to concern process owner and manufacturing quality.
- To ensure quality system compliance and good house keeping.
- Responsible for improvement in resource utilisation.
- Responsible for maintaining NABL certification , IATF certification.
- Responsible for complying customer specific requirement like IMDS , CMRT, ROHS, CQI 9 etc.
- 10 Responsible for complying Test Standards like ISO, ASTM.
Functional Requirements :
- Testing lab equipment’s handling and operating knowledge is must. Heat treatment knowledge is preferable.
- Quality experience – minimum 5 years
- Good knowledge about Quality Systems
- ASTM & ISO test STD, IMDS, CMRT, ROHS , CQI 9 knowledge.
- PPAP,SPC,MSA , FMEA
