One of our prestigious client “Channel Partner of MNC” is looking for “Warehouse executive ” in Bhiwandi ,Mumbai.
Experience – 5-8 Years
Location – Bhiwandi ,Mumbai.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and warehouse management software; experience with e-way bill and invoicing systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient stock management and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements specific to chemical storage and handling.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- E-Way Bill Generation:
- Generate and manage e-way bills for all shipments in compliance with GST regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for transportation of goods.
- Invoice Management:
- Prepare and issue invoices for customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Transport Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with transporters and vendors to track shipments and resolve any issues.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and safety protocols.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and transportation logistics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
