One of our prestigious clients “Auto OEM” is looking for “Vehicle Integration – Engineer”, Jaipur.
Exp : B.Tech (9-12 Yrs), M.Tech (7-9 Yrs)
Location : Jaipur
Companies preferred: 2 W only
Candidate should have experience of:
- Integration/ Layout/ Packaging
- Concept Design
- Vehicle Dynamics
- Static Parts Assy check
- Digital Mock Up Check (DMU)
- The detailed job which is being done here in VI is not done frequently by 4 wheeler or commercial vehicle manufacturers. (because their product is big & comes with more complexities)
- Therefore we need to target 2 wheeler companies (our 1st preference).
- In case we are not able to find any suitable candidate from there, then 2nd preference will be 4 wheelers ( passenger vehicle)
Job Purpose / Role:
- The Engineer for Layout Group is responsible for vehicle integration CAD layout analysis (Motorcycle/Scooter), packaging and gap/clearance study, static and dynamic interference analysis and regulation check study.
Key Responsibilities:
The duties are:
- Responsible for the vehicle integration and design collaboration.
- DMU and gap study of plastic, electrical, chassis, frame and engine related parts.
- Packaging study of new features.
- Good knowledge of assembly tools of catia.
- Knowledge and checking of basic vehicle regulations.
- Basic knowledge of DFA and DFS.
- Good knowledge of physical vehicle assembly process.
- Knowledge of vehicle geometry and basic parameters such as wheel base, castor angle and steering angle.
