One of our prestigious client “Channel Partner ” is looking for “Territory Sales Manager”, Ranchi / Raipur / Hyd.
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience from EV 2 Wheeler industry (Having highest preference) or from Automobile Vehicle Sales or really good candidates with Sales Experience from other industries as well.
Location : Ranchi / Raipur / Hyd.
Education – B.Tech and/or full time MBA
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve the Volume Targets assigned to the Territory on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis.
- Ensure that all the Retail points like Experience Centers and Pop- Up stores are up-to-date as per the SOP including Aesthetics, Digital assets etc.
- To Plan Stock at Dealer Warehouses for Deliveries/ Display/Test rides
- Ensure Good Customer Experience and CSAT Scores at every touch point with the customers viz.
- Experience Centers, Pop-Up Stores and Dealerships.
- Effectively Leading a big team both on Company Rolls and/or Third Party Role and/or Dealership Role pertaining to the assigned Territory; Hiring the Retail Manpower; Ensure that the Team is fully Trained (On Product, Process and Infra) on a regular basis and scoring Minimum Threshold in monthly assessment.
