Qualification: BE/Diploma In Electrical/Electronics Engg.

Experience: 7 – 11 years
Roles and responsibility:
- To troubleshoot and proactive maintenance of CNC & PLC machines in gear manufacturing machine shop,HT & assembly line machines. Installation and commissioning of machines.
- Execution of planned Maintenance, Predictive maintenance and condition based maintenance activities in gear machine shop.
- Handle Electrical/Electronics Breakdowns independently.
- Also Should carry out machine overhauling activities. Experience on Utility system like UPS, DG.Compressor, AHU, Pump house and HT LT Substation.
- NEW PROJECT REQUIREMENT WOR
- Knowledge & hands on experience of Siemens 840C, 840D, 828D, 808D, 840Dsl etc. systems and controllers and its backup.Knowledge & hands on experience of Fanuc 0i, 18i,30i series systems and controllers and its backup.
- Ability to read part manuals, electrical schematics and troubleshooting guides.
- Basics of hydraulic & pneumatic system,Should Handle Electrical/ Mechanical problems independently also should Proactively identify areas of root cause analysis
- Maintain Critical Spares for different types of machines like hobbing,shaving,broaching,grinding .Assembly lines & HT.
- TPM Activities like 5S, Kaizens,Adhere to safe practices while working.
- Maintenance of Assembly line machines with PLC and LAB view.
- Improvements, MACHINE MODIFICATION WORK ,Electrical and electronics automation
- Maintenance documentation work for ISO,IATF OHSAS.
- To do the work in SAP module
