Position: Specialist – Perceived Quality
Experience : 4+ years
Location : Pune chakan
Role Responsibilities:
- Perceived Quality (PQ) & Craftsmanship:
– Oversee PQ and craftsmanship approval processes.
– Ensure design integrity and surface quality through evaluation of CAS and CAD data.
2. Collaboration:
– Work with Design and Product Planning teams on product definitions and manufacturing processes.
- Material Recommendations:
– Select materials to ensure reliable performance in various environments for consumer appliances.
- Production Oversight:
– Monitor production processes for efficiency, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance.
- Design Execution:
– Provide expertise in design details including surfaces, edge radii, and nominal specifications.
- Material Testing:
– Test materials for mechanical strength, strength-weight ratio, ductility, and resistance to abrasion, corrosion, heat, and cold.
- Supplier Engagement:
– Visit material suppliers and product users to gather specific information.
