One of our prestigious client “Consumer Durables” is looking for “Specialist – Part Development”, Pune.
Position: Specialist – Part Development
Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in part development / Manufacturing, in Motor manufacturing, Consumer electronics,
Role Responsibilities:
- Fair exposure in multiple manufacturing processes such as Die Casting, Sheet Metal and Precession machining method, etc.
Automotive Industries:
- Accountable for approvals on DFM (Tooling/Fixture) FMEA within stipulated timeline
- Key contribution in Tool/Fixture Design reviews to ensure meeting part specification
- Identify early & actively involve to resolve technical issues that arise during the development process
- Ensure tool tweaking methods positively resolve the part issues to meet target schedule
- Responsible for Tooling trail/Sample shipment/ Secondary process & Validate Supplier report from Design, QA Department.
- Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams like Design/Sourcing/Quality/Production to complete the task.
- Maintain error report & prepare lesion learned report.
- Closely work with project manager to accomplish the jobs on time
