One of our prestigious clients “Swiss MNC” is looking for Candidate in “Salesforce Platform Architect” for Hyderabad.

Main tasks / Key responsibilities:
Key responsibility:
- Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling Salesforce Platform and the interfacing technologies
- Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform education.
- Drive the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into the Swiss MNC
- Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution. Lead the evaluation of business and technical requirements from a senior level
- Build relationships with business partners, internal and external, and contributing to broader goals
- Managing key projects consisting of cross functional teams
- Contribute to the development of the Salesforce roadmap and Global CRM Strategy.
- Prepare status reports for work done and present in a crisp way
- Arrive at KPIs required for the success of the project, and track progress against KPIs
Other:
- Certification in Salesforce is good to have
Knowledge and experience:
Areas of functional / technical expertise:
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise consulting experience, including Salesforce implementation experience across marketing, sales, service, AI/ML
- Experience with key areas of Salesforce enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management
- Proven experience in large scale Salesforce Platform Implementation
- Demonstrated leadership in driving Customer Experience Transformation using Salesforce
- Innovative approaches to problem solving and ability to work with cross functional teams
