One of our prestigious client “Consumer Durables” is looking for “Product Trainer – West Zone”
Location – Mumbai
Experience – 3+ Years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop learning objectives to address identified product knowledge gaps.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Facilitates learning solutions, preparing plans of training vs locations and providing a high-impact, interactive environment
- Develops and implements learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and
- best practices.
- Tracks and analyzes learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of individual performances
- Designs and/or delivers additional content, as assigned, to support any training needs
- identified for the business
- Coordinate logistics of training to include training room, attendance tracking, passwords, materials, and supplies
- Teach technology to learners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds alike!
- Should train on technology, soft skills, and customer handling.
- Align with the organization’s objectives for training
- Mystery visits to crosscheck the executions, process adherence, Infra and spare audit as per the guidelines.
- Interact with product owners and include new updates in the training program.
- Conduct learning activities, assessments, and training need analysis
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in product training development
- Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience
- Exceptionally strong written as well as verbal communication skills (English & Local Language)
- Should be ready to travel as and when required (50% travelling involved).
- Willingness to work in different areas as required by training needs
