Process Executive– Job Description
Experience (in years): 5 – 7 years of process writing experience in support/enabling functions with automotive background
Unit: Quality
Duration: Full time position
Objective of Job: This role would work closely with all support function practitioners like HR, IT, Facilities, Finance to define processes, to align with business requirements and quality standards
Report to: Process Excellence Lead
Role & Responsibilities
Define support/enabling function processes to align with business requirements and quality standards
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with practitioners to understand processes of each functions and sub-functions.
Evolve process flows and procedures. Add value by making the process lean and more fit-for-purpose
Create process flow diagrams, policy manual, procedure documents, templates, checklists, guidelines, user manual, release notes etc.
Ensure timely release of processes
Participate in automation of processes / development of tools
Prepare Role-based training materials for support/enabling functions
Support on process evaluation / audits for assessing process effectiveness
Support in management reports
Support in PRIME updates / maintenance
Skillset required
Passion to write, with ability to interact, listen and grasp knowledge from SME/practioners on their functional requirement
Ability to express thoughts confidently
Ability to transform complex process information and ideas into clear, simple and concise technical documentation
Excellent vocabulary, writing skill, spoken language
Problem-solving/troubleshooting
Good in conflict management
Research and Exploration Skills
Proofreading Skills
Thorough knowledge of Visio, Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe
