JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential : B.E. (Mech) , (Production)
- Work Exp : 8-10 Years
Responsibilities:
Vertical Responsibilities:
- To be able to deal with vendors on issues related to
- Supplies, Capacity calculation, part costing ,price settlement , Spares planning , development of proprietory parts like Forks , shox , brakes , Discs , catalytic convertors , Tyres, Throttle bodies , carburetors , sensors etc.
Horizontal Responsibilities:
- To take over category levels works of Cost savings , cost projections , VAVE plan, capacity actions , vendor agreements , new vehicle costing , Audit control parameter monitoring, investment compilation , system related parameters etc
Technical/ Functional:
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes involving proprietary parts mainly Casting , machining , plastic molding , forging ,assy , Painting etc
- Knowledge of capacity calculations .
- Knowledge of Cost calculations .
- Knowledge of development of proprietary parts like Forks, Shox, brakes , Brake shoes , Throttle bodies , carburetors vale guides , catalytic convertors, canistors etc
- Eye for identifying VA/VE potemtial.
- Knowledge of price settlements with industry sources.
- Knowledge of Raw material price trends.
