Age Limit : 23 -32 Years
Job Purpose
Responsibility for identification of training gaps/needs of the service field team, design & implementation of training programmes
Educational Qualifications
- Essential: Engg- Mech || Automobile Mechanic
- Preferred Institution: NIT & Equivalent
- Desired Qualification: Engg- Mech||Automobile Engineering
- Engg- Production and Industrial||Industrial Design
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Capability Enhancement of Service Team
- Co-ordinating with field for Training requirements
- Develop and upgrade Training Literatures and Modules for 3W & 4W
- Preparation of training material, contents and Training notes
- Drive and develop “Master Mech” property and World Master Mech across countries:
- Develop and publish distance learning modules (LMS) for 3W & 4W
- Enhance failure capture mechanism through FCR App:
- Plan Training calendar based on Gaps and communicate to field
- Administrative handling of training centre.
- Planning and activation of new training programs as per requirement
- Inter departmental and intra departmental co-ordination
