Job Role & Responsibilities
- ISO – QMS and EMS:
- Ensure that the organizations Quality Management System and EMS conforms to the customer expectations, and regulatory/legal requirements.
- Preparation & maintenance of ISO Docs.
- Support in ensuring process compliance.
- Coordinating/supporting functional process audits and assessments.
- Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
- Preparing ISO Documents and maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with other department heads and stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic internal assessments to strengthen system orientation.
- Conduct periodic management review meetings.
- Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and EMS (e.g., results of QMS and EMS audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
- TPM
- Good understanding of TPM pillars and methodologies under KK, JH, PM, QM, SHE and E&T etc. with ability to train operating people for same.
- Establish / Promote the culture of TPM across levels in the manufacturing spectrum.
- Establish a program to cascade the culture onto the shop floor with feedback and action plans.
- Identify top issues in specific plants, lay down a process approach of problem-solving, handhold and demonstrate the process to resolve the problem completely and sustain the same.
- Identify, assess, prepare, and drive people development programs for Plants.
- Tracking the measurement matrices against PQCDSM improvement.
- Establish and drive the protocol of Sharing of Best practices / Kaizens and monitor the same.
- Hands on with TPM tools and techniques like Idea Tree, Fault Tree, Why Why analysis, Makigami, PFD, Fish bone diagram, Pareto Analysis etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the management systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against the plan.
- Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met.
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the QMS & EMS.
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
- Update documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from concerns.
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
- Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
- Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
- Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS & EMS.
- Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformities found.
- Verify closure of non conformities with certification bodies.
Technical / Functional:
- 3 years or more working as TPM coordinator for department.
- Experience of working as an ISO coordinator for department will be an added advantage.
- Has actively participated in TPM / ISO certification assessment.
- From manufacturing background.
