Job Description

HR Solutions Support creates value through on-time support of all global HR business solutions to guarantee efficient collaboration between HR, Managers and Employees. You work closely with colleagues in HR technology and directly with Swiss MNC HR community to help resolve issues & provide excellent support.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing a team of HR Solution supporters and being accountable for coordination of all support tasks (Service request / incident management) in relation to SuccessFactors related modules and all other global Swiss MNC -IT applications globally.
  • Assess and run support services as expected to meet/exceed customer satisfaction, thereby effectively managing service request lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain HR Support processes. Ensure compliance over SOPs and process adherence from team and department perspective.
  • Connecting with relevant stakeholders to understand and address queries/ challenges/ processes.
  • Should use analytical mindset, prepare and run team performance dashboards/reports to be able to deep dive and understand core team development areas and create action plans accordingly
  • Take ownership for completion of projects/additional tasks as planned, in close collaboration with respective zone hub leads and/or Solution managers from HR Solutions & Technology team.
  • Support in providing key-users training on SuccessFactors, where applicable.

Expertise

  • Should have managed support teams offering solutions in SAP SF.

Knowledge, Skills and Languages

  • Effective communication skills, Customer Oriented outlook, team handling role (strongly prefer prior people managing experience).
  • Must have knowledge on incident management or other ticketing systems, SF knowledge (EC, RBP, comp modules preferred)
  • HR service delivery/ HR support service center experience desired.
  • Proficient in English language.
