Job Title – Industrial Designer – STL Motorcycles
Experience (Years) – Btech (6-12 Yrs)/ Mtech (2-6 Yrs) -2W & 4 W
Job Purpose:
- STL will be responsible for the execution of the Design and Development of Motorcycles/EV/Colour and Graphic projects assigned to his/her team as discussed with the Sections Heads of different sections.
- He/she will be responsible for ensuring Project Delivery within quality, time & Cost parameters
- Set for that particular project.
Job Role:
- DNA carry over during model change
- Character development for clear distinction
- Understanding of latest trends in industry
- Integrating engineering & design.
- Concept & Final Sketch development
Key Accountabilities:
- Concept design, development & execution of various projects (Motorcycles, Scooters, EVs, Colour-Graphics, Concept/Show Models)
- Ensuring delivery during the 3D/Physical model development as per project stage.
- Maintaining Design standards during the course of the Projects.
