Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Inductive Automation Gold Certified – Ignition certification.
Experience:
- Proven experience with Python scripting.
- Experience working with Linux operating systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Understanding of MQTT/OPC/Drivers and other industrial communication protocols.
- Familiarity with PLCs and various communication protocols.
- Networking expertise.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) a plus.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Git, SVN etc.) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining industrial automation solutions using the Ignition SCADA platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop industrial automation systems using Inductive Automation Gold Certified – Ignition expertise.
- Utilize Python scripting for custom functionality and data manipulation within Ignition.
- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems for industrial control applications.
- Configure and interact with SQL databases for data acquisition and storage.
- Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols like MQTT, OPC, and device-specific drivers.
- Work with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and various communication protocols.
- Design and maintain robust industrial networks.
- Integrate and leverage cloud services for data management and remote access.
- Implement configuration management practices using code version control systems.
- Create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Ensure the security of systems, user access, data, and communication protocols.
