One of our prestigious client “SPM Manufacturer” is looking for “Automation Engineer”, Pune.
Exp – 5 years +
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Electronics /Electrical /Instrumentation /Mechatronics/ Mechanical) with a certification course in Industrial Automation/PLC or SCADA Programming
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and development of the automation based architecture for the various test beds manufactured
- Coordinating with design team for BOM generation, IO List preparation etc.
- PLC /HMI/SCADA programming development for the various automotive test beds
- In-house testing and validation of the developed PLC/HMI/SCADA program
- Providing support in testing and validation of the entire equipment
- Troubleshooting
- Carryout FAT/SAT for the system
- Maintaining required documentation and providing support in system manual preparation
- Attending breakdown/maintenance activities online/offline as per requirement
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good PLC programming knowledge on Siemens/Mitsubishi (Preferred) or any other PLCs
- Knowledge on AC/DC induction motors and AC/DC VFDs
- Knowledge about various communication protocols: Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, OPC etc.
- Knowledge of basic Electrical and Electronics components.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Language Proficiency – English and Native language (Preferred) with verbal and written skills
- Ready to travel to various client locations in India/abroad.
- Discipline towards organization code of conduct
- Inspires the team to find solutions and move forward
