Asst. Manager – Electronics – Auto OEM

One of our prestigious clients “Auto OEM” is looking for “Asst. Manager – Electronics “

Location:  Akurdi – R&D

Exp.: 4~6 years

Qualification – B.E. Electronics and communication

Job Responsibility:

  • Preferred to have experience in Automotive background.

Must have skills

  1. Working knowledge of Relay/contactors interfacing and driving circuits.
  2. Should be strong in EMI-EMC filter design circuits.
  3. Must have exposure to DFMEA, DFM, DFS and DFA
  4. Working knowledge of fault finding, FTA, RCA, 8D analysis.
  5. Working knowledge of high voltage and low voltage power distribution units (HVPDU and LVPDU).
  6. Working knowledge of design verification and validation, test plan preparation and execution.
  7. Working knowledge of test case preparation and test bench/set up execution e.g. End of Line, Endurance, design validation
  8. Working knowledge of active high/low input interfacing circuits.
  9. Working knowledge of component selection, Bill of material preparation.
  10. Should be strong in schematic design and capture in various tools (Orcad, Altium, etc.)
  11. Working knowledge of various communication protocols (CAN, LIN, RS485)
  12. Working knowledge of low side/ high side drivers.
  13. Knowledge of power supply design, DC-DC convertors.
  14. Should have working knowledge of various Automotive EMI-EMC standards.

Nice to have Skills

  1. Exposure / knowledge of PCB design and gerber review.
  2. Working knowledge of Transistor, Mosfet, IGBT biasing circuits.
  3. Working knowledge of Analog, Digital and mixed signal circuits.
  4. Working knowledge of Microcontroller and interfacing circuits.
  5. Should have knowledge of EMI-EMC test procedures and process.
  6. Should have working knowledge of ISO standards and Quality processes for design.
  7. Knowledge of Patents and IP infringement study will be added advantage. 
  8. Should have strong inter-department, personal and supplier communication/interaction skills.
  9. Positive attitude approach is must.
  10. Strictly adhere to project planning and Quality of the deliverables.
  11. Ready to travel for supplier assessment and evaluation.
