Area Manager/Asst.Manager – New Installations

One of our prestigious client “Channel Partner of MNC” is looking for “Area Manager/Asst.Manager – New Installations” for “Hyderabad”.

Experience Required: 13+ years

Experience         

  • Desired experience in elevator and escalator industry for overall 10 years and preferably 3 years in leading teams and installation.

Location      

  • Hyderabad

Knowledge and Skills  

  • Desired E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, organization and planning skills, people management skills, customer oriented behavior, Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.

Education                     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering. MBA (preferred)

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and distribute work assignment in the team in charge in accordance with both demand and company procedures.
  • Supervise and control the execution of new installation and modernizations works, methods, materials and documentation.
  • Develop resource planning including objectives, costs, scheduling, resource and capacity, quality and safety assurance.
  • Manage customer communication and compliance with Fulfillment Plus process.
  • Manage tasks to achieve the objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the works.
