One of our prestigious clients “MNC into Heat Treatment Solutions” is looking for “AM / DM – Quality Control”, Talegaon Plant, Pune.
Position: AM / DM – Quality Control
Exp : 9-10 yrs.
Location: Talegaon Plant, Pune.
Qualifications: BE Mech.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily work activities of QC Team (Outdoor inspection, Inward inspection, Inhouse inspection and Final testing)
- Establish inspection procedures and prepare QAP for every project.
- Establish documentation procedures like Quality Assurance Plans, Intermittent Inspection Reports, Final Inspection Reports, Supplier Inspection Reports, and Release Notes before dispatch.
- Preparing Testing procedures and SOP of all activities
- Establish Documentation and Inspection procedures for outsourced items.
- Coordination with customer/Third party inspection agencies regarding the inspection During FAT.
- Dimensional inspection, checking alignment and fitment of all assemblies, Trials of all mechanisms, and auto trials of all types of equipment.
- Inspection of all In-house Operations
- Preparation of Final Inspection Reports for every type of equipment.
- Produce WPS, PQR & WPQ – Qualification of Welders.
- Should have good knowledge of Welding, welding processes, and weld defects.
- Supervising Non-Destructive Testing like Radiography Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, and Ultrasonic Testing.
- Should be having good Knowledge of fabrication work
- To motivate and provide technical support to Vendors to achieve good Quality
- Should carry Vendor Evaluation and Vendor Rating
- To make rejection analysis and further implementation of corrective actions
- Good ability to study and understand drawings
- Preparing Pre-dispatch report for clearance before dispatch.
- Presentations during MRM and BOD meetings.
- To give and monitor Design Change Requests based on design errors or issues during manufacturing
- Should know about Industrial heat treatment furnaces and their operations.
- Handling Site Issues / Complaints or visiting sites.
- Carry out root cause analysis of all failures that occurred during testing and at the Site and take corrective actions accordingly
