One of our prestigious client “Channel Partner” is looking for “AM / DM Business (Excellence) ”, Pune, Chakan.
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mech/Auto
Experience : 6 to 12yrs.
Location : Chakan, Vasuli, Pune.
Job role : Asst Mngr/Dy Mngr(Business Excellence)
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop framework and roadmap for TPM in line with company’s vision, mission and long term business goals for all Advik Plants in Pune.
- Identify key operation improvement areas and roll out interventions in identified Business/function/department.
- Develop customized TPM improvement plan for each plant.
- Monitor the TPM activities across the plant and review the progress.
- Hand holding management in successful implementation of TPM into its key business areas up to the level of
- Consistency award as per JIPM model.
- Support operations to establish and maintain standard work, 5S and visual management
- Developing Kaizen culture in shop floor through promotion of reward & recognition as per company policy.
- Coordinating & hand holding with all plants to achieve their targets as per timelines given & achieve plant PQCDSM.
- Performing regular internal & external audits to ensure the effectiveness of TPM.
- Training and coaching on various improvement tools for TPM project member.
- Establishing Multi-level structure from Top Management to Circle level to achieve defined KMI KPI & KAI’s.
- Coordinating across all functions for Pillar reviews, Audits & timely compliance of Homework’s received during
- consultants visits & TPM Audits
