One of our prestigious clients “Swiss MNC” is looking for Candidate in “Executive/Sr. Executive – Modernization Sales” for Pune.
Experience : Desired experience in commercial sales roles in similar industries for at least two years.
Location : Pune
Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Visit and seek potential modernization customers, visit architects, construction companies and establishments (residential & commercial) to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities
- Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the Branch Modernization targets and Swiss MNC internal procedures
- Audit existing Swiss MNC equipment and determine the retention of components and gauge financial viability
- Support and coordinate with the Installation team for any issue during project execution and ensure collection of payments
- Coordinate big or complex modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center when required and Branch team
