One of our prestigious client “Consumer Durables” is looking for “Field Officer”
Location – Bangalore
Experience – 3-5 Years.
Purpose of the job:
Field Officer – Modern Trade ensures last mile delivery and service to retail chain outlets in their respective regions. The incumbent in this role will handle all the key Modern Trade outlets in the assigned territory.
Qualification & Work Experience:
- Graduate or MBA degree in Sales or Marketing
- Experience in Modern Trade with exposure to handling distributors, direct chains will be preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Drive Secondary sales target through regular interactions with key retail chains in assigned territory
- Systematically analyse various data & reports available in the system to derive insights and drive plan of action
- Ensure superior in store execution by driving key metrics on assortment , share of shelf
- Ensure superior service to the retail chains by ensuring on time replenishment (fill rates)
- Ensure timely configuration of promos and schemes on Distributor Management System
- Incrementally increase aided store (stores with associates allocated) performance by continuously monitoring and coaching the in store merchandisers / promoters
- Ensure timely realization of sale value by timely execution of Purchase Order (PO)
- Proactively keep track of competition activity (4 Ps – Product , Price , Promotion , Placement) and disseminate information upwards seamlessly
- Trains the associates and merchandisers regularly on product knowledge , schemes & promos and also on usage of HHT (Hand Held Terminal)
- Coach the in store associates to help them grow the business as well as earn better incentives
