Job Responsibility:
- Hands on experience of building commercial Electric Vehicles
- Execution of at least 2 vehicle programs and should have witnessed product journey from Prototype to Design to Production.
- Documented the vehicle level system requirement mentioning the detailed behaviour of entire system
- Benchmarking of competitor products and able to specify the features and functionalities in upcoming market
- Structured way of executing Vehicle Program using tools such as Microsoft Projects
- Thorough understanding of vehicle validation plan and homologation standards and driving the certification process of vehicle.
- Define the vehicle architecture and critical success factors for meeting the vehicle specification
- Thorough understanding of End of Line Test qualifying parameters.
- Experience in handling vehicle simulation using tools such as MATLAB, 1D Simulation tool
- Should have handled FMEA, DFM/DFA, DFS for Vehicle.
- Hands on experience in any one design tools e.g. CATIA V5, Unigraphics etc.
- Knowledge of thermal behaviour of vehicle system
- Hands on experience of Vehicle data analysis and critical fault findings.
- Awareness of product development cycle, gate review system and project management
