JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Essential : E/B. Tech – Mechanical / Automobile.
- Work Exp : Min: 5 years
- Age : Below 45 years
Job Responsibilities
- Mechanical component ownership for customer complaints & new products.
- Root cause analysis, finding best solution & monitoring the progress.
- Warranty receipts monitoring through inspection, Vendor teams.
- New products – FMEA Review for identifying potential complaints & CTQ parameters.
- New products – Study of complex issues at pre-pilot, pilot stage.
- Interaction with Design, Manufacturing, Service & Vendor teams for customer complaints & new products.
- Documentation & updates in management review forums.
- Quality System Audits at supplier end, manufacturing plants.
Technical/ Functional:
- Competent in Vehicle and Engine automotive vehicle system.
- Knowledge & Experience of problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of integration.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and best engineering practices.
- Thorough knowledge in electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.
- Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application
- Experience in quality systems of mechanical components for automotive application – Vehicle and Engine side system parts.
- Knowledge of inspection & Testing of Mechanical components.
- Bench marking with similar parts, VA/VE
- Knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA
- Knowledge of TPM, ISO Standards.
Soft Skill set:
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Teamcenter.
Behavioral:
- Effective communication with team, peers, and seniors
- Candidate should be able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with deliveries on schedule.
- Good Interdepartmental co-ordination required.
- Should understand situations in depth, analyse and resolve issues.
