Job Title – Dy.Manager – ER & D
Location: – Nagpur
Experience – 5 Years and above
Educational Qualification – Master of Labour Studies/ Post Graduation in Industrial Relations (LLB will be an added advantage)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations
• Ensure peaceful and disciplined industrial relations in the Company.
• Examination of employee accountability in disciplinary cases and advising on appropriate course of action.
• Execution of disciplinary process of various nature (including employee misconduct and fraud etc)
• Ensuring employee raised disputes in courts are handled sensitively while protecting the company’s interest.
• Ensuring labour law compliances across the organization.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders and acting as an advisor on course of action.
• Reporting of employee cases to senior management and conducting due diligence in closure of pending cases.
• Monitoring and tracking changes in the external industrial relations environment.
• Monitor and evaluate merged entity legacy cases.
• Act in an advisory capacity to identify and help employee relation managers
• Candidate must have had at least one stint in manufacturing in an IR role.
1) Court Cases and Legal matters:
i. To assist company Advocates by providing them the data & information.
ii. Preparing various Replies
iii. Ground work to minimize the litigations
2) Contract Labour Management :
i. Reduction / full & final of contractual manpower
ii. Cost Neutral LTS of contractual labour
iii. Grievance handling of contract labours
3) Disciplinary Action
i. Management Rep. in all Domestic enquiries
ii. All enquiry related correspondence
iii. Contract labour discipline
4) Statutory Compliances
i. Ensure 100% statutory compliances other than time office related compliances.
ii. Monthly compliance audit of all contractors
