One of our prestigious client “Consumer Durables” is looking for “Specialist – Warehouse”
Location – Pune
Experience – 4-12 Years.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations of the plant’s RM, FG & PM store operations, RM & FG inventory, warehousing dispatch aspects.
- Proper coordination; communication with all stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
- Monitor all procurement requests of facilities, ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory, and maintain records for the same.
- Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory records and resolve for issues if any.
- Responsible for the incoming material receipt, proper storage of material, material issue.
- Stock updating preparation, SAP entries, maintain all relevant records about inventory etc. Also should have knowledge about bin card system, KANBAN etc.
- Coordination with related departments for timely GRN clearance, to prepare shortage list, material follow-up with Purchase department to fulfil production requirement
- Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all inventories.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stock locations.
