Position – Territory Sales Manager
Experience – 5 to 11 Yrs.
Qualification – BE (Mech /Auto), Preferred: MBA (Marketing)

Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Guwahat
Job Profile:
Responsible for New Models Sales. Responsible for New model sales at Defined Territory
Managing assigned dealers in the territory for :
– Planning and implementation of enquiry generation activities, enquires and retail Training, guiding and hand holding dealer’s sales persons (DSP) for lead generation, enquiry conversion, Enquiry review, forecasting of production plan, ordering and funds deployment.
Reporting to Business Manager, Regular compilation and timely submission of MIS :
- Relationship management with trade associates e.g. financiers, elite customers, institutional customers.
- Implementation of sales process, utilization of JPS and timely submission of dealer’s claims Improving sales reach and analysing lost sales
- Gathering marketing intelligence and making counter action plans
Drive & Create Innovative sales method to establish New Model:
- Guide Empowered Team of DSP on Sales, Market Share, Customer Satisfaction improvement Participate in decision making by Managing & Reporting Sales & Marketing function to Sr Management
- Over all T-1N Retail Plan vs Actual of Selected Dealership & Branches across State
- Design & Implementation of various Process to enhance Productivity of DSP
- Lead Marketing for creating Tools to sell more
- Overall managing dealer Sales Team for the Focus Product
- Reporting to Our Regional manager & Business manager and Vertical Heads
- Regular meeting with premium operator rent -a -car operators, aggregators hotel and resorts Corporates and Elite Customers.
Key Performing indication:
- Business Plan Achievement, Gain in Market Share, Efforts Compliance Score (ECS), Sales Coverage, Enquiry generation, Conversion % .Achieve desired Market share, Volume , Building Customer database
- Process implementation, Team building, Training, Selling on Premium.
