CFD Specialist : Kitchen Appliances (Chimney & Hobs)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for aero dynamic design optimization and development
- Active participation in idea brain storming
- Converting practical problems to meaningful simulations, supporting testing setup and coming up with way forward
- Coming up with simplified simulation approach to quickly evaluate ideas
- Carrying out hand calculation or 1D simulations to screen large number of ideas
- Hands-on attitude with an independent zeal & drive. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Able to do a very good Root-Cause Analysis with right & methodical approach
SKILLS REQUIRED –
-CFD and Thermal Domain knowledge
– Fan design or Rotormachinery or Filtration or Combustion area hands on experience
– CFD pre processing and anlysis tools in depth knowledge (Preferred ANSYS)
– MRF, Sliding mesh, Multiphase and VOF simulation hands on experience
– Rotor design and selection hands on experience
– Communication skills
– DOE hands on experience
Added advantage
– Two way FSI hands on experience
– FEA knowledge”
