Job Description:-
- Handle after Sales Service Complaints. Manage Complaints received on Toll-Free number. Ensure service complaints are resolved within 72 Hrs.
- Co-ordinate with Insurance companies on pending claims.
- Manage team of Technical Support Executives.
- Follow-up with Vendors regarding replacement of faulty material that is under warranty.
- Travel to respective states for PDIs, service complaints, interact with installers, interact with vendors.
- Submit service reports to Business Head on weekly basis.
