Team Lead:
- Leading Pre and Post Sales Technical Team.
- Priority function- Presales team handling and Streamlining Product Demonstrations as per requirement of Sales Team
- Mentoring, Analysis of Technical team’s performance for exceeding the assigned target, Supporting and motivating the team for growth
- Accountable for maintaining proper reporting system.
- Represent Pelf InfoTech’s Technical Team in the events and meets organized by Parent Company.
- Interface with customers to determine and assess their technical requirements, expectations and recommend solutions to position 3D CAD Product Suits.
- Leading Demo/presentation and to conduct onsite needs assessment with customers and present suite of products that can meet customer’s Requirement.
- Maintains broad industry, market and competitor knowledge to maintain credibility with Customer.
- Leading Day to Day Technical Activities
- Should be able to travel as and when required.
- Implementation of Monthly Team Evaluation Activities in consultation with HR Department.
- Guiding Team for achieving Technical Certifications required for upskilling
- Ensuring Timely Technical Support to Customers in Subscription
- Coordination with Technical Leads from Dassault system
