Experience (Years) – Minimum 5 years in the automobile industry with 3 years in training and development roles
Location : Gurugram.
Education – B.E in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
Job Purpose:
As the Learning Executive you will be part of the Customer Experience – India BU and will report to the Lead- Technical Training. The purpose of your role will be to
- Improve Customer Focus and Service quality to enhance Consumer Service Experience in workshops, through learning.
- Service Preparedness for new model launches
- Manage the projects/development activities related to After Sales and Learning.
Job Role:
- Execution of L3 learning programs for HMCL field service staff (domestic & International Business) and MCCs to improve their technical knowledge and skill.
- Ensure effective learning material development on new model & advance technology.
- Ensure the completion of assigned Projects in stipulated time. Daily update and monitoring of the activities related to projects.
- Bring Innovation in Learning
- Execution of Technical Skill Contest for channel partners workshop staff.
