One of our prestigious client “Channel Partner of MNC” is looking for  Manager – Finance and Accounting” in Baner,Pune         

Experience – 8-10 Years

Location –   Baner,Pune.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and legal requirements relevant to the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
  • month and end-year process
  • accounts payable/receivable
  • cash receipts
  • general ledger
  • payroll and utilities
  • treasury, budgeting
  • cash forecasting
  • revenue and expenditure variance analysis
  • capital assets reconciliations
  • trust account statement reconciliations,
  • check runs
  • fixed asset activity
  • debt activity
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
