Position: Specialist – Specialist –Testing
Experience : 6+ years Mechatronics
Location : Pune chakan
Education : B.Tech
Role Responsibilities:
- Good Understanding Product requirements Creating Test plan from scratch Testing Process & V-Model understanding.
- Product & end-user requirements understanding (In-depth & intent of the requirements as well)
- Create a DVP (Design Validation plan) & report for the product
- Ability to identify the right boundary conditions and test conditions knowledge
- Good understanding of Vibration Shaker / NVH, Climate chamber, Performance testing, Endurance testing
- Able to create conclusions from complex data set
- Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DFR, V-Model
- Strong Root-Cause / Failure Analysis skills
- Competition Benchmarking understanding
- Strong testing fundamentals understanding Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Abuse Testing,Robustness, Accelerated Life testing (ALT / HALT), Reliability
- Understanding of Test standards, National / International test regulatory & compliance
- Good to Have: Simulations, EMI / EMC ,Mechatronic knowledge , Reliability Analysis , IOT , PCB Testing experience
