Position: Specialist – SQA (Supplier Vendor)
Experience : 8+ years
Location : Pune chakan
Education : B.Tech
Role Responsibilities:
- To identify & lead supplier improvement activities.
- To ensure the quality of all the components received from vendors
- To improve line quality rejection, Lot rejection.
- Prepare part quality inspection plant.
- CTQ Part management & Maintain CTQ at Supplier’s processes.
- Follow FPA (First Part Approval) process for New Development /Change part /4M.
- Part Reliability management in IQC.
- To Plan new gauges and instruments to ensure quality and reduce inspection time.
- Multi-skilling among inspectors by job rotation and Proper distribution of major Components among.
- Inspectors for smooth operation of IQC.
- Monitoring of critical parameters and actions as per requirement.
- Daily review of Process rejection (Assembly, Paint shop, M/C shop, Blade shop and improvement in IQC related issue.
- Conducting / Participation in improvement projects (Six Sigma).
