One of our prestigious client “Channel Partner of MNC” is looking for “Regional MOD Sales Manager” for “Bangalore”.

 Experience         :            10 -12 years of experience into Project Management/ Sales Construction, into a leadership capacity, preferably from an MNC dealing into building material/ heavy equipment industry .

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive regional elevator and escalator modernization sales through strategic planning, market share growth, profitability, and efficiency.
  • People Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and managers.
  • CRM Implementation: Develop frameworks for customer engagement and build strategic partnerships through high-potential account visits.
  • Customer Experience (CX): Coordinate with functions to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Localization & Strategy: Tailor and implement state-specific strategies and sales policies for business growth.
  • Governance & Assessment: Oversee modernization governance, market assessment, and competition mapping for strategic adjustments.
  • Account Management: Develop key account strategies, focus on top accounts, and handle major projects.
  • Financial Monitoring: Oversee P&L, account receivables, and ensure profitable growth.
  • Travel & Meetings: Regularly travel across branches and attend customer meetings.
