One of our prestigious client “Auto Ancillary” is looking for “Unit Head”, Manesar.
QUALIFICATIONS: B Tech – mechanical- compulsory
Note: Working experience with MSIL is compulsory
JOB PROFILE OF POSITION:
- Handling Customer requirements on a daily basis, Our Manesar plant Caters to MSIL solely , he will be front face for MSIL
- He is responsible for profit centre of Manesar plant.
- Will look after plant production, quality and new product development activity including Tool manufacturing. He would be responsible for new business development, it’s an important responsibility.
- Handling of tier 2 vendors in daily basis since we are mainly an final Assembly plant – have lot of child parts and bought out parts , at the moment we buy stamping parts from tier 2 press shops in Faridabad
Experience
- Knowledge in sheet metal components or press stamping is a must and also having experience of assembly line operations since we manufacture mechanical assembly components
- Knowledge of press shop operations , knowledge or experience in tooling is preferred
- Up to 350 tonnage (Pneumatic press ) good enough
- Wielding, tool manufacturing knowledge is. Must.
- Knowledge of assembly lines and EOL is a must since majority focus of ours is on Assembly of parking brakes / jacks etc.
