- Age : Min: 25 Max: 37
- Desirable: Project / Training in any of the functional areas of Automobile
Job Role & Responsibilities
Role:
- 3D Modelling & 2D Drafting of suspension aggregates for 3 and 4 Wheelers.
- Layouts for above components and complete suspensionvsubsystem.
- Responsibilities:
- Design of Parts and Components in Suspension System ensuring part & tool manufacturability.
- Release of Designs (3D and/or 2D) for development.
- Evaluation of Designed Parts & Systems; and taking counter measures as necessary based on evaluation, manufacturability and assembly feedback.
- Timely action based on customer (Internal & External) feedback.
Competency Requirements
Technical/ Functional:
Understanding of manufacturing processes like Sheet Metal forming, Casting & Forging
Exposure to metrology and capable of basic measurements.
Behavioral

Specific expertise required for functional area :
- Unigraphics : Modeling, Drafting and Assembly modules (CRITICAL)
- Understanding of GD&T terminology & principles
- Exposure to relevant design standards. (IS, JIS, JASO, DIN, ISO)
