One of our prestigious clients “Swiss MNC” is looking for Candidate in “Regional Service & Maintenance Manager” for Bangalore, Hennur.

Location: Bangalore, Hennur
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
Role : Regional Service & Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for Deploying the EI strategy to achieve the objectives of responsiveness, reliability and customer satisfaction and profitability
- Will be responsible for the entire maintenance of a large volume of portfolio of elevators and escalators
- Leading the strategic interventions for the region to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring technical parameters are within the admissible targets
- Should be able to manage, develop and coach EI team (quality, productivity, efficiency, customer orientation) understanding application of the safety and health guidelines.
- Reduction in passive units
- Maximizing profit
- Achieves the monthly quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue, contribution 1 (C1 – profit margins) & Product Line Result (PLR).
- Ensures deployment of maintenance people/resources to all the operating locations, to maintain balance between contract fulfilment, productivity and meeting customer expectations.
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance team undergoes the technical training and are aware of the technical circulars (TCs)
People:
- Sets objectives for his team in line with the region objectives & company guidelines
- Supervises the Functional Managers to achieve the region targets on all the parameters (E.g. –Mean Time between Call-backs (MTBC), Customer satisfaction, Contracts conversion, contract price etc.)
- Assesses skills and competency for his team (GL’s and team members) and uses various intervention like coaching, on the job training and classroom training in coordination with the Regional Vice President
What we need? :
- Should be a strategic thinker, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with good understanding of portfolio management, price, contract fulfilment, efficiency.
- Should have strong understanding application of the safety and health guidelines.
- Good to have are- knowledge of P&L and local language
- At least having 12+ years of techno-commercial and service maintenance experience, into a leadership capacity, preferably from an MNC dealing into building material/ heavy equipment industry.
