One of our prestigious clients “Auto OEM” is looking for “HV and LV Wire Harness system “
Location: Akurdi – R&D
Job Responsibility:
- Hands on experience of High Voltage system ( above 500 V DC)
- Thorough understanding of High Voltage Wire Harness requirement and design calculation
- Executed min 2 projects having High voltage and have built circuit schematics.
- Thorough knowledge of EMI/EMC and arrest the same during design finalization
- Experience in routing of harness using CAD tools e.g. CATIA, Solid works.
- Should be able to compute Load characteristic based on aggregates e.g. Motor, HV PDU, DC-DC etc.
- Generation of 2D and 3D layout drawings for serial production
- Benchmarking of competitor products and selection of the components e.g. HV Connectors, Lugs, Cables, Shielded HV Cable, Sensors and Communication cables etc.
- Should have executed Design Validation Plan considering relevant standards and procedures
- Should have hands on experience of test bench and able to capture all the test cases in structured manner e.g. matrix based test cases
- Awareness of End of Line Test qualifying parameters.
- Good understanding about the statutory and regulatory requirements of EV and their standards
- Good Knowledge in DVP/R, FMEA,DFM, DFA, DFS
