Location: Akurdi – R&D
Exp – 4 to 6 years
Qualification – BE – Electronics / Electrical
Job Responsibility:
- Excellent knowledge of Electric Motor Development preferably for EV applications.
- Good Knowledge of Induction/PMSM/BLDC motors, drives and speed control techniques.
- Experience in motor SOR and DVP development.
- Exposure to traction motor selection for EV application.
- Experience in Motor performance / endurance testing on Dyno.
- Good understanding of motor dyno tets set up for EV motor testing.
- Capable of motor design using softwares like RMxprt, MAXWELL, SPEED.
- Experience in Motor FEA and Thermal Analysis.
- Hands on experience with Motor Manufacturing Processes.
- Stator / rotor proto sample manufacturing and supplier development.
- Experience in Motor DFMEA and failure analysis.
- Understanding of the motor controller specifications.
- Knowledge of Flux vector / Scalar control techniques.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, International standards of controller fed motor (AIS-041, AIS-038-Rev, ISO-26262, GB/T18488.2).
- Experience in EV motor development will be advantageous.
