JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Essential B.E / B. Tech Electrical / Electronic Engg from a premier institute.
- Work Exp : Min: 3 Max: 8
- Direct Reporting: Deputy General Manager
- Age : Min: 24 Max: 30
Job Responsibilities
- Development of electrical / electronic components and systems required for Electric vehicles.
Technical/ Functional:
- Knowledge of complete life cycle of development of Traction motor, Actuation motors / solenoids and the interface with vehicle electrical systems.
- Component development / sourcing of EV components – Traction motors, Actuation motors, solenoids.
- Motor child parts component sourcing and pricing.
- Electronic component sourcing and pricing.
- Cost estimation and settlement for part and tooling / fixture cost.
- Process and line establishment for motors
- Understanding of EMC/EMI impacts on components / system.
- Knowledge of domestic / global trends in relevant technology, regulations and develop long term road maps and appropriate work plan
- Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight.
- Knowledge and practice of DFMEA, PFMEA.
- Knowledge of quality systems.
- Knowledge of testing of components.
