- Secondary Education – B.E./ B.Tech / Production/Electrical/Mechanical
- Work Exp : Min: 10 Max: 15
- Direct Reporting: VP (Project Management)
- Age : Min: 33 Max: 38
Job Responsibilities
- On-time and In-quality delivery for all the projects in the program
- Defines clear processes around release planning, product development, On time delivery, engineering practices.
- Acts as an Agile coach to drive the agile way of working with the team.
- Help the squads with release planning & anticipate potential problems.
- Acts as the leader for the 6 squads assigned to you.
- Manages the front-end and back-end coordination, quality & timely delivery.
- Runs weekly/monthly project update meetings with business stakeholders to keep them updated on the project progress on regular basis.
- Reports directly to VP CPM on all aspects of the program.
- Good process and product knowledge.
- Ability to resolve interface issues.
Technical/ Functional skills:
Agile Experience
- Demonstrated experience acting as an Agile Coach to lead squads on an agile way of working.
- Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics.
Delivery & Engineering skills
- Experience working with Automobile companies launching at scale digital products on time.
- Strong understanding of engineering practices & ability to deliver a result in time.
- Strong understanding of products and processes & ability to influence & work with all stake holders.
Mindset & Behaviors
- Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas.
- Not afraid to “roll up the sleeves” and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn – pushes teams to do the same
